Recommended: unzip into Documents\Neverwinter Nights\override.
NWN loads portraits from Override in a way that can help with lag. Override
portraits don't show in character creation.
Alternatively: unzip into Documents\Neverwinter Nights\portraits.
Depending on how big that folder gets, this can cause crashes at character
creation or lag on area transitions.
